Standards of homes and services provided by ourselves and other housing associations across the country are to be set by a new authority and you are invited to take part in a 'National Conversation" to tell it what those standards should be.
The Tenant Services Authority (TSA) has been formed as a watchdog covering all housing associations.
Top of its action list is to draw up a new set of standards covering homes and services provided by landlords like Green Vale Homes.
It will watch how we match up to the demands - and take action against any landlords who fail to make the grade.
Its National Conversation is your chance to help make sure our services continue to improve. We are arranging some events for you to give us your views so watch this space for details.
We will be running lots of other events for tenant's groups, sheltered housing tenants, people on our waiting list and shared ownership residents. See our Events page for more information.
You can pick up a chat pack from the TSA on 0845 230 7000 (Option 1), or visit their website at www.nationalconversation.co.uk
