Green Vale Homes is a not-for-profit Industrial and Provident Society based in Rossendale, Lancashire. We have been operating since March 2006. We do not have any shareholders, and any surplus cash is used to improve homes and services for our tenants.

New Senior Management Team responsibilities
From Monday 9th February 2009 some changes in our Group Senior Management Team responsibilities will come into effect.
This means that George Paterson will head up Corporate Services, Amanda Garrard Operations, Hilary Brady Development and Lynn Hurrell Asset Management across the Trans Pennine Group.
