One Stop Shop Opening Hours: One Stop Shop: Opening hours - Monday to Friday - 8.45am - 5.15pm The opening times at Rossendale Borough Council One Stop Shop, situated in the annex next to the old Town Hall in Rawtenstall, are changing in June, but only on Tuesdays. From the 8th June 2010, the Council is introducing a weekly training session for the One Stop Shop staff, meaning that the opening time on Tuesday will be 9:15am.
Tenants wanting to see a Green Vale Customer Service Adviser, report a fault on the direct phone line or access choice based lettings information through Be-with-us will only be able to do so during the following times:
