Tenants and Leaseholders

We are delighted with the results of our first tenant satisfaction survey. 
 
Compared with the last survey carried out by Rossendale Borough Council in 2004:
 
·         Tenants are more satisfied with the overall service and with their accommodation
·         More tenants think we provide good value for money
·         More tenants find it easy to get in touch with the right person, and feel that staff are more able to deal with their enquiry.
·         More tenants are happy about the outcome of their contact with Green Vale Homes
·         More tenants are satisfied or very satisfied with our repairs service
·         More tenants feel better informed
·         More tenants are satisfied with the opportunities for participation
·         More tenants feel listened to before Green Vale Homes makes a decision
 
Green Vale Homes’ results rate above average when compared with nine other housing associations of a similar size and make up.
