there is no estabilished group and you would like to set one up we have produced a Guide to Setting up a Tenants Group. For more information or assistance please do not hesitate to contact our Tenant Participation Section on 01422 284518.
Pennine Communities Federation of Tenants' & Residents' Associations
The Pennine Communities Federation of Tenants' and Residents' Association is the umbrella group for tenants' groups. It discusses issues of common concern (e.g. rents and tenancy conditions) and seeks to ensure that the policies of Pennine Housing 2000 take account of the tenants' viewpoint. Tenants' groups are able to share information, ideas and experience through the Federation.
