Repairs and maintenance
Responsibility for repairs and maintenance is set out in your lease document. Advice can be provided on this matter by e.mailing us on ph2kfeedback@ph2k.org.uk
Our responsibility:
- All communal areas, such as staircases to flats and gardens and paths
- Structural repairs including the foundations, external walls, roof, window frames, external doors and frames and service pipes.
Leaseholder responsibility:
- Floor services including floorboards
- Internal plaster to walls and ceilings
- Glass to windows
- Internal non-structural walls
- Plumbing and wiring inside the home
