At Pennine Housing 2000 we believe that all tenants and residents on our estates should be free to enjoy their homes and live their lives in peace and quiet, free from fear, harrassment or intimidation.

The Tenancy Agreement
Pennine Housing 2000 has a Tenancy Agreement spelling out the rights and responsibilities of tenants. The agreement was drawn up in response to concerns voiced by many tenants about anti-social behaviour. It includes sections making easier for us to take action against tenants, members of their family or visitors to their home who:
- Are violent towards, harass or intimidate their neighbours
- Misuse their home for the supply or use of drugs
- Commit trespass or other kinds of nuisance to their neighbours.
If you need to speak to someone regarding Neighbour Nuisance please contact your local housing office or the 24hour hot line 0800 393634
