Group Chief Executive

Tom Miskell

Tom Miskell is a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy.

Prior to joining Pennine Housing as Director of Finance he was an Executive Director at Hacas Chapman Hendy. He has previously worked as Finance Director for Hambleton Housing Association (now Broadacres) as well as experience in Local Government and the Housing Corporation.

Tom became the Chief Executive of Pennine Housing in 2005.

Amanda Garrard

Amanda is a fully qualified housing professional who is responsible for the performance of front line services.

Prior to joining Pennine, Amanda was Director of West Yorkshire Housing Asssociation and also worked for North British Housing.

George Paterson

George is a fully qualified housing professional who also has an MBA. George has worked in housing management, research and tenant participation(amongst other things).

George leads on human resources, IT, legal and finance at Trans-Pennine Housing.
