Our Support Service can help older people who need a little bit of help to continue living at home.
Our staff, who are called Support Officers, can visit you in your own home to check how you are managing, talk through any worries or problems and offer a 'listening ear'. They will discuss with you what things you need help with then they will organise this for you.
We can visit, or contact you by phone, during the day Monday to Friday. We will agree with you how many times per week you need us when we begin the service. We can offer different levels of service depending on how much support you need.
As well as visits from our staff our service also includes our care line alarm which is available 24 hours a day which means that help is always at hand.
