Area Committees are the meetings that Pennine organises as a way of having regular contact with tenants' groups in their areas.
They discuss housing issues which are relevant to their areas and make decisions on the allocation of Pennine's Fencing and Landscaping budget. All tenants are welcome to attend and contribute to these meetings, although only recognised tenants' associations have a vote.
